DESCRIPTION:
The CS456000 is a
very Low Dropout regulator in a TO-220 package. The very Low
Drop voltage (0.4V) and the very low quiescent current make
it particularly suitable for Low Noise, Low Power
applications and specially in battery powered systems. It
requires only a 2.2 μF output capacitor for stability
allowing for space and cost saving.
All items are new, fully
tested, factory direct!
