DESCRIPTION:
The CS459020 is a logic function fabricated by using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology which provides the inherent benefits of CMOS - low quiescent power and wide power supply range. The CS459020, triple buffered, hex inverters, features low power dissipation and fast switching times. All inputs are protected from static discharge by internal diodes to VCC and ground. This chip is compatible with the C Stamp^TM microcomputer’s supplies and signal levels.
