DESCRIPTION:
Robotics! Mount the Board of LearningTM
programming board on a robot chassis to learn mechanical
control, infrared object detection, light following, and
obstacle avoidance. The Robotics Parts Kit includes
"everything below the Board of Learning". This includes the
BOL-BOTTM chassis, bumper switches, drive-train
hardware, wheels, standoffs, screws, etc. The BOL-BOT
chassis has mounting screw holes that may be used for
customizing your robot. The electronic components required
for the Robotics activities are also included in the
Robotics Parts Kit. Lots of fun! A Board of Learning C StampTM
Kit is required to use this product or purchase the complete
BOL-BOT Robot Kit. The activities introduce motor control
and interfacing your robot to the human world to avoid
objects, following light, and provide sound and light
feedback.
All necessary software, documentation,
projects that you can use as a starting point for your own
ones, and highly illustrated instructions written by College
professors are included in the Kit CD.
