Please contact our sales department if you have any questions regarding our policies, pricing, and availability. For orders being shipped to the state of New Jersey, a Sales Tax of 7% will be added to the total amount of purchase (not including shipping charges).

 

Online Ordering

Online orders may be placed anytime using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. The security of the credit card information used in your online transaction is guaranteed, because A-WIT accepts credit card payment via PayPal secure servers. You do not need to have, or open, a PayPal account. You can pay by credit card or with a PayPal account if you prefer. See where you have to click during the checkout process when you do not want to use a PayPal account.

CVV2/CID Codes for Credit Cards This is the three or four-digit security code that is printed on credit cards. The value appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel or at the most right hand side in the signature panel on the back of the credit card, or just above the end of the credit card number on the front of the card for American Express Cards. Please note: on UK cards these codes may be printed either on the left or middle of the signature area and consist of a 4 digit number followed by the 3 digit number in reverse italic.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover For your safety and security, PayPal requires that you enter your card’s verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

American Express For your safety and security, PayPal requires that you enter your card’s verification number. The American Express verification number is a small 4-digit number printed on the front of your card on the right hand side.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are received.

A-WIT charges a flat amount for shipping according to the table below. Purchases of more than $200.00 will be shipped free of charge. For a limited time only, purchases of more than $100.00 will be shipped free of charge via USPS.
 

For US, Canada, and Mexico purchases, shipping will be done via UPS Ground if a street address is provided, and US Postal Service Air shipping will be used in all other cases. If faster shipping is required, please contact our sales department.


Purchase Order Policy

Customers who elect to purchase using Net 30 days payment terms are required to submit a written or printed purchase order. Net 30 Customers must Pre-Pay their first order by check or credit card. All Schools are exempt from pre-paying their first order.

Purchase Orders must include the following information:

Credit Reference We require that you fax a standard credit sheet to us in order to set up an account with our company. This should include at least three trade references and banking information. Please note that the first purchase order will not be processed immediately because we must first approve the account. It takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks to process a credit sheet. A customer service representative will call only if there are necessary adjustments or corrections that need to be made.

Signature An authorized signature must be on the purchase order. This signature constitutes A-WIT Technologies, Inc.'s (Seller) acknowledgement of the Buyer's request and shall become a binding contract containing the terms and conditions set forth by both parties.

Purchase Order Number A purchase order number must be stated on the purchase order.

Shipping and Billing Address A shipping address and billing address must be clearly stated on the purchase order. Please include a contact name, telephone and/or fax number of your purchasing representative as well as an Accounts Payable contact.

Shipping All shipping is prepaid and added to our invoice unless otherwise stated on your purchase order. Please include the statement "Prepay and Add Shipping" on your P.O. unless you have a designated shipping account with UPS. We also require that a preferred delivery method be stated on the purchase order. If this information is not stated, we will ship the order UPS Ground.

Terms All terms are NET 30. This must be indicated on your signed purchase order.

Tax Status Please advise as to whether your order is taxable, non-taxable, or reseller. If your order is tax-exempt, we must have a copy of your certificate before your order is processed.

Description and Pricing Include the product names, part numbers, and prices. We also request that quantity and unit pricing is accurate.

Minimum Balance Purchase orders have a minimum balance of $50.00.
